WHO ARE WE
We are Lora Natseva and Hristo Stanev. We first met in 2007, working for one international company.
The US headquarters of the company had developed a project and orivided financing for developing the merchandising of its products. They had calculated the specific increase of sales, achieved through the merchandising activties.
This is how we realised the necessity annd benefits of establishing a professional merchandising company on the Bulgarian market.
Services, whose only focus is the development and optimisation of sales in the commercial stores.
On the 1st of May, 2009 we started our own business for providding merchandising services with just a staff of 6 merchandisers in the city of Sofia.
Soon after that we established PROFI Merchandising, because we wanted to be PROFEssional in what we are doing!
Trade has always been in our veins and we have been developing this passion of ours by providing professional merchandising services.
In 2012 PROFI proved to be the LEADER on the market of services, having the biggest market share, the biggest coverage and the biggest team of professional merchandisers.
As of 2021 our company has been working with some of the most prominent manufacturers and distributors of fast moving goods, in over 400 stores on the territory of the whole country and employing more than 270 employees.
The key to our success are our PEOPLE! We created a team of professionals, which we continue developing, training and supporting!
Last, but not least, is the Senior of our company – Eli Todorova.
SShe has been a part of our team in PROFI for 12 years already , she has gone all the way from a merchandiser, senior merchandiser, supervisor, and today she is the Manager of Humar Resources! No wonder we have trusted her with our most valuable resource – the people! She is responsible for their selection, training and development!
These are Slavka, Mariella and Maya. They are our three right hands. They are our contacts between our clients and our team in the stores.
TThey are there in order to understand the needs and expectations of our partners, and to direct them to our colleagues in the stores, so that professional results are achieved in the shortest possible terms!
These are Lalka, Theodor and Venci. They are the backbone of PROFI. Ther take care of the business of our partners, meet their targets and manage their campaigns.
Their role is to work directly with the managers of the chains of stores and their affiliates, distribute evenly the resources and find solutions to every case!
Below them are their faithful soldiers, entering into daily battles with the commercial chains – the Supervisors, who control the results at every single region of the country and at every single store. These re Maria, Kremena Ivanova, Kremena Apostolova, Silvana, Nikolay, Pavlina, Nana, Mira, Nina, Dessy, Jonka, Emo and Krasi.

The company’s US headquarters had developed a project and allocated a budget to develop the merchandising of its products. Specific sales growths led by merchandising were calculated.
Thus, we identified the need and benefit of creating a professional market for merchandising services on the Bulgarian market, whose only focus should be the development of sales in retail outlets!
On 01 In May 2009 we started our own business with merchandising services with only 6 merchandisers in Sofia.
Soon after that we created PROFI Merchandising because we want to be PROFESSIONALS in what we do!
Trade has always been in our blood and we develop this passion of ours through the realization of professional merchandising services!
In 2012 PROFI became the market leader in these services, with the largest market share, largest coverage and team from merchandisers.
By 2021, our company works with some of the largest manufacturers and distributors of FMCG, in over 400 stores across the country and with over 270 employees.
The key to our success is our people !! We have created a team of professionals who we develop, train and support!

Human Resources Manager! It is no coincidence that we have entrusted her with the most valuable resource – people! She is responsible for their selection, training and development!

Our merchandisers are our hardworking bees. They are numerous, tireless and dedicated!
